There are many schools in and around Delhi which were set up for underprivileged children. Education can give them a future and keep them off the streets. There is an ongoing need for teachers, so if you would like to give classes (English, Mathematics, Science, etc.) contact us.

Product Designers are needed to work with arts and crafts production centres in the social development sector. Placement in Gurgaon (adjacent area of Delhi), Rajasthan, or Haryana, India. In these places accessories, bags, corporate gifts and table wears are being created and produced. You will be giving inputs to the local designers as well as the craftsmen/women in the creation and production of their goods. Working period is flexible but should be at least 2-4 weeks. Long-term volunteering is also possible.
Qualifications: relevant experience in designing area.
Students or professionals in the field of sales and marketing can collaborate with enterprising NGOs or production centres in the social development sector in Gurgaon, Delhi, Ajmer or Jaipur (Rajasthan). In these places garments, jewellery, paper products, women’s accessories, handicrafts, etc. are being created and produced. Here, underprivileged women find a way to increase their family income and thereby improve their self-sustainability. You will be helping the organizations in improving their marketing strategies, to eventually benefit the community for which this program is running. Qualifications: sales and marketing experience.
Counselling
Counsellor for drug-addict children. The age group is up till 15 years old and they are mainly street children. You will be doing sessions with the children in for example creative therapy. Your working place will be in Delhi. Candidate’s profile: qualified education like, Creative Therapy or Remedial Teaching / experience in counselling. Candidate’s availability: at least 3 months.
Football training
Train children of rural schools to play football. You will be helping in their overall growth, inculcating team spirit and giving them a good time.
Work for environmental issues
Documentation, creating awareness, teaching issues like hygiene, sanitation and waste recycling.
